Ok, it’s time for the third article in my personality series. and we’re looking at those all important third letters in your MBTI personality type.
So, if you’ve done the test, you should have either an “F” or a “T” as your third letter. Let’s look at this in more detail…
“F” for Feeling
If you have this letter, you will most likely be someone who will make a decision based on how it affects others. You may not even realise that you do this.
You probably come across as warm and compassionate, always being aware of and considering others. This may mean that you are fiercely protective of your nearest and dearest or even the World at large.

Be aware, however, that you can easily become overwhelmed with your concern for others, finding it interfering with your own life and eventually burning you out.
You are most valuable to have around when the big question is about who is being helped.
“T” for Thinking
This type tend to be much more logical with decision-making and base decisions on facts rather than consulting with others.
They can sometimes feel confused by emotions and prefer to weigh up the facts based on fairness.
Make no mistake, this type will continuously evaluate a problem until the right decision is made and they can sometimes do this at the expense of their own and others’ feelings.

That it not to say that these types do not have feelings. They often have still waters running very deeply. They just prefer not to consult feelings when making decisions.
If you want a decision made on each and every facet and probability, ask a “T” Type!
